We request a signature upon delivery. If no-one is in to receive your order, the driver will leave a ‘card’ at the address so you can arrange a suitable delivery date.

Dispatch within 24 hours
Orders are prepared and dispatched the same day when placed by 12pm and within 24 hours when placed after 12pm.

Returns within 14 days

Import Duty
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
